I think this image is pretty self-explanatory, but I could be wrong, lol.

I've been in a vampire-mood lately and really needed an artistic
outlet. Since I can't draw a human to save my life, I decided
to go with photomanipulation! Yay me... (I suck at photomanips.) XD

Lots of layers of color adjustment, even some use of the clone
tool (very subtle) and liquefy filter. Heavy brush use for the
blood and smoke, obviously. Stock brushes are amazing.
